The resort features single, duplex and four-plex and one and two-bedroom cabins with fresh towels delivered daily and kitchens. Sleeping cabins and motel rooms are also available.

The Montauk Resort is home to the J. Ben Searcy banquet room which is great for family reunions, retreats or seminars. The meeting room can host up to 50 people and is equipped with a kitchen and restroom facilities.
